    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Music for Ballet Class by Bruno Raco.

    Digital Products:
    All our products are digital (audio/music files). Once downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded unless
    there is a technical issue with the file.

    Physical Products (CDs):
    If you purchased a physical CD and it arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or a
    refund.

    To be eligible for a return or refund:
    - The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the CD.
    - The CD must be returned in its original packaging.
    - Proof of purchase is required.

    Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an
    error.

    Refund eligibility:
    Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
    - You purchased the same digital product multiple times.
    - The download link fails and we are unable to provide access.
    - A file is corrupt and cannot be used.
    - A physical CD arrives damaged or is not as described.
